Fr. Michael will be out of town for our patronal feast day on July 24.  Knowing the important place St. Christina has in our community and all that has been accomplished through her holy prayers, we will still have services, though they will be reader services.  Services will be at 7pm on Wednesday July 23 and 7:30am on Thursday July 24.  As reader's services, they will be shorter than usual.  Please do your best to participate in the services and celebrate our feast day.

There are many churches who do not have the blessing of a priest except a few times a year.  It is a wonderful opportunity to see how the Church continues to worship and serve our Lord even when a priest cannot be present to celebrate the services.  This year St. Christina's feast day is also a reminder of our own humble beginnings as a mission 10 years ago.

After Liturgy on Thursday morning, as in years past, those of us who are able may go have breakfast at Dino's to spend time together and reflect on some of the stories of our parish family over the years.  This will be one we can share for the future!
